 Creating Virtual Machine

Step1:Install Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager


Step 2: Name the operating system as Serjeel and select the type as Ubuntu



Step 3:Choose to create a virtual hard disk now



Step 4:The hard disk type should be VDI that is Virtual Disk Image






Step 5: A Virtual Machine with Name: Serjeel and Operating System: Ubuntu is created.


Step 6: Installing Ubuntu







Step 7: Installed Ubuntu

Switch to root mode and move to root directory      sudo su cd / 3. Update existing packages.     sudo apt-get update 4. Now install mysql server. sudo apt-get install mysql-server 5. Now run command for secure installation. sudo mysql_secure_installation  6. Give appropriate password 7. If password is not accepted you can access mysql as sudo then alter the user password 8.
